We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the backbone of our Recruiting team. In this role, you will champion an outstanding candidate experience, always looking for ways to delight. You will guide candidates through the interview process, schedule interviews with a quick turnaround, and provide internal support to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers. In addition to coordination tasks, you will partner directly with the Head of Talent to build and drive key initiatives around employer brand, university recruiting, and new hire onboarding, among others.
The Recruiting team at Wonolo partners closely with Leadership to build and execute recruiting strategies that enable growth. What you’ll do:

  • Schedule interviews and communicate all logistics with candidates and interview teams
  • Facilitate remote interviews and schedule post-interview debriefs to ensure a positive experience
  • Champion Wonolo’s mission and values in every interaction with candidates
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Partner closely with the Head of Talent to help drive and scale key initiatives around employer brand, referrals, university recruiting, new hire onboarding and swag, etc.
  • Who you are:

  • Coordination, recruiting, admin experience, or in a related field
  • Obsessive about the candidate experience: you are positive, responsive, and professional through verbal and written communication with candidates and team members
  • Problem solver: while engaging with multiple candidates and managing complex requests, you are committed to getting it done
  • Organized: you take care of details when you schedule and communicate with candidates, and effectively prioritize from a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance
  • Comfortable learning new technologies
  • You demonstrate a commitment towards advancing representation and inclusion in the workplace
