We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the backbone of our Recruiting team. In this role, you will champion an outstanding candidate experience, always looking for ways to delight. You will guide candidates through the interview process, schedule interviews with a quick turnaround, and provide internal support to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers. In addition to coordination tasks, you will partner directly with the Head of Talent to build and drive key initiatives around employer brand, university recruiting, and new hire onboarding, among others.
The Recruiting team at Wonolo partners closely with Leadership to build and execute recruiting strategies that enable growth. We are a high-performing team that cares deeply about helping people find great jobs. As part of this team, you will flex new muscles, whether it is by learning how to recruit for new roles, building new programs, or iterating on existing processes, you can expect high impact.
