We are looking for a Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead a mighty team of full-cycle technical recruiters to find and attain world-class talent for our Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering teams across North America. You will work closely with Product and Engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities and build scalable processes to support 2X growth in the next 12 months.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate  with Leadership to understand and prioritize their hiring needs, set strategies, and deploy scalable processes to meet hiring goals
  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of technical recruiters by fostering an environment based on trust and safety
  • Leverage recruiting data and competitive analyses to drive productivity improvements and efficiencies in the hiring process
  • Regularly report on funnel metrics and fill rate, highlighting wins and challenges, to optimize the alignment among Product, Engineering, and Talent teams
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, from sourcing to close, by championing a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Uphold our commitment to diversity and inclusion by fostering an inclusive interview process and diverse talent pools
  • Drive strategic initiatives to up-level how we find and recruit talent, including employer brand, university recruiting, global recruitment strategies, partnerships, among others
  • Who you are:

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical positions (engineering, product management, etc.), and in environments that require heavy external candidate outreach
  • Player coach. You successfully balance the tactical and strategic components of this role, and enjoy driving the full-cycle recruiting process for high priority positions
  • Experience hiring and mentoring technical recruiters on sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, interviewer training, offer negotiation, etc.
  • Data driven and results oriented. You are passionate about using data to drive efficiencies in the hiring process and continuously improve your team’s productivity metrics
  • Project management experience. You understand the value talent operations and programs have on building a scalable recruiting machine and invest significant time on this
