I am officially hunting for an elite, remote Outbound Appointment Setter to join our growth team at Virtual Realty Assistants.

If you are an experienced sales professional who backs your own skills, this role is designed for you.

🔥 THE BIG ATTRACTOR:

Our internal sales reps convert at an 80% clip. They close 8 out of 10 qualified calls you book. That means your hard work actually turns into massive payouts, instead of dying in a broken sales funnel.

💰 OUR COMPENSATION MODEL:

Upfront Pay: $50 per appointment that shows up to the Zoom.

Full-Time Hire Bonus: $500 paid out over 5 months per close.

Part-Time Hire Bonus: $250 paid out over 5 months per close.

The Math: Book 10 shows a week, and if our reps close 8 of them as Full-Time hires, you make $500 up front plus $4,000 in predictable, recurring payouts over the next 5 months.

🎯 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1+ years of proven cold outreach experience (LinkedIn, DMs, or Cold Email).

Absolute resilience (you look at a “no” as just a step closer to a closing bonus).

Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
