Outbound Appointment Setter (Commission-Only)

Virtual Realty Assistants is hiring a commission-only Outbound Appointment Setter to book qualified sales appointments for our internal team. We provide pre-qualified leads, so you can focus on booking calls rather than cold prospecting from scratch.

What you’ll do:

1. Conduct outreach via phone calls, LinkedIn, direct messages, or cold email
2. Book qualified appointments for our sales representatives
3. Convert prospects into scheduled Zoom calls

What we’re looking for:

1. 2+ years of proven cold outreach experience (phone, LinkedIn, DMs, or cold email)
2. Strong resilience and comfort handling rejection
3. Exceptional written and verbal English skills

Compensation:

1. $50 per appointment that shows up
2. $500 bonus per full-time hire closed (paid over 5 months)
3. $250 bonus per part-time hire closed (paid over 5 months)
4. Uncapped earning potential
